Your technician, Robert C, knowledgeable and professional during the entire visit. He took his time and explained everything to that he was do. He is the best. He needs a raise. Don’t loos him. This impressive young man makes Sears remain at the top of my list.

The tech Scott did an awesome job of seeing the problem with my dryer and fixing the problem. Working with sears was frustrating but Scott did an excellent job!!
