The service man arrived 2 hours late, did not come in with an apology of any kind. The service man was in the kitchen 5 minutes before he began questioning me about the serial number of the refrigerator. I explained that I was not certain and called my husband for assistance and we could not locate the serial number. The service man told me he was going to leave but if I could locate the serial number within a few minutes he would come back in. My son and I moved the refrigerator and thought we’d located the serial number and went to inform the service man. The look on his face spoke volumes, that I was bothering him and wanted to be left alone. He did come back in only to tell me that the number we found was not the number needed and that then proceeded to tell me what an awful refrigerator I had ( the refrigerator is only 4-5 yrs old and an upscale LG French door, dbl freezer refrigerator). Before leaving he did tell me that it was not his job to locate the serial number and would not service it. What a disappointment!

Technician was rude as hell and he didnt take the payment from my son. Didnt understand why he didnt take the payment from my son and the lied about him refusing to pay.

The worst repair company on earth. Took my money and never made the repairs. Stay far away from this company.

There are wires coming out of the washer right next to the water intake hoses, and it still isn't working correctly

Replaced part but it didn't fix the problem. Dishwasher still doesn't work. Update: I tried but only got an AI bot that couldn't understand what my issue was. The AI bot wouldn't allow me to talk to a real person and there was no route to resolve my problem. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. Update 2: I performed some due diligence and fixed the problem myself because they were unresponsive. Every time my call was forwarded to a real person, it hung up!

Tried to wash clothes and it did the same thing as did before he got here

It took 4 appointments and six weeks to get my dishwasher repaired. Technicians lie and say they’ll be back with a part, show up without proper tools when they know ahead of time what repairs they will be performing, or technicians don’t show up at all. Peter was great today and got our dishwasher fixed, even though he showed up hours after the estimated time of arrival. I have to say all other experiences prior to today were a complete disappointment, including the fact that you can’t get anyone on the phone to find out what’s going on.

Noone Came. I Was Here Until 7:00 Yesterday. Then I Left And Went to Church. The Window For Your Repair is 8:00 am until 2:30 pm
