Excellent Job Scott!
Scott was very courteous and professional about it all. The 1st time he came, the wrong part was mailed to our home. Scott ordered correctly but whoever mailed the part did not pay attention to the part number. Scott stated that he could not fix on 1st visit, but reordered the part again. The correct part came on the day of next appt. Scott had computer/phone issues and was very sympathetic that he couldn't make it that day. Soonest was Monday. Well he was here bright eyed on Monday morning at 8am. My washer was fixed. That you Scott for your perseverance in getting my washer fixed.
