Daniel did an amazing job fixing my Samsung dryer. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts on Thursday. The parts were shipped to my house on Friday. Daniel came back and finished the repair on Sunday.

Daniel, the technician was great. The automated phone system is not very good. There’s no way to get to talk to a customer service representative when you need to. I had 2 repairs done. One was replacing my ice maker in my Whirlpool side by side refrigerator/freezer and the other one was replacing a temperature sensor and upper heating element in my GE glass cooktop stove. Daniel was on time and was very conscientious about his work.
