We got lots of text message reminders and a phone call on the morning of. The technician and supervisor were awesome. They are very knowledgeable and explained to me everything about my dryer issue. It turns out the fact that my clothes were not drying was because of the hose; it had nothing to do with the dryer and they proved it with their electronic meter. I trust Sears and will always turn to them for help.
