Scott is a highly experienced technician and also a very likabe guy he preforms fast and efficient work but today's service call was shocking he took about 20 minutes to replace the igniter on my oven that cost 53$ labor charge was $309.00 the grand total was $364.56 I don't know who to blame for this excessive pricing but this is wrong and very unreasonable I have no problem paying for service rendered but this charge was overboard I hate to think that this is common practice

Issue still not resolved

Where do I begin. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I called for repair for my refrigerator on 4/3/2025 and it has been HORRIBLE and DOWNHILL since then. First call the agent sold me the warranty plan, I thought it sounded like a GREAT deal at the time. I scheduled appointment for tech to come on 4/5 and tech added coolant to fridge and it still did not work. I called back and tech was suppose to come 4/7 between 8a-5p no call no show then I get a text at 5 saying no tech in area and I had to reschedule. Tech came 4/10 and said part needed to be ordered but warranty don't cover it. I orderd part and I lost promotion because it was partially used on first visit. Then another appointment was scheduled because I ordered part and tech was suppose to come back on 4/12 to put part on. I received a text at 8am saying the part didn't come in and they rescheduled my appointment, but the part was delivered at my home on 4/11 the day before tech was suppose to come. But no one called to confirm or say anything to me they just assumed and rescheduled my appointment. Then the tech shows up on 4/15 to put on part and now the fridge does not work at ALL. The WHOLE fridge is broke now before the freezer was working now NOTHING WORKSAND WATER LEAKING. Then the tech apologizes and informs me that he and his Supervisor will come back on 4/16 between 10a and 11a to see what is going on. He said his Supervisor has worked with the company 30 plus years so he will figure it out. GUESS WHAT LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN. I called Sears again and they proceed to tell me they can schedule another appointment. NO THANK YOU, I AM DONE AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB. I AM SO FRAUSTRATED AND PISSED OFF. The customer service is HORRIBLE ALSO because the sad part is once they get your money and schedule an appointment you can not even talk with a LIVE PERSON. ***I AM WARNING EVERYONE DO NOT FALL FOR THE OKIE DOKIE AND LIES FROM SEARS. THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT TREAT MY WORST ENEMY LIKE THEY TREAT PEOPLE.*** DISSATISFIED COUSTOMER
