A long wait.

Worked quietly and quick. But issue wasn't resolved.

Can never speak to Sears customer service .. it’s the worst… I would never buy their home warranty.

Waisted my time just to habe me call somewhere else that was more expansive and having to wait another 24hours to fix my fridge. I'm going to lose my food AGAING

Issue still not resolved

hE ASKED TO USE BATHROOM ON COMIMG AND THEN LEFT PSISS ALL OVER TOIET, HE THEN FIXED DISHWASHER"AND WATER IS NOW POURING OUT EVERY TIME IT IS TURNED ON. I AM 76 AND HAVE SLIPPED ON WATER ALREADY, HE REFUSES TO ANSWER PHONE TO COE BACK AND FIX HI MESS.

My question is how are yall still a sears but our sears closed long time ago its actually a rural king now

Sears does not have the option to speak with a live representative. Repaired was completed but my refrigerator still does not work. The motherboard they ordered came in used and they installed it anyway resulting in no change in the refrigerator repair.

Josh the repairman was awesome. He came into a situation that was not what he expected but he effected the repairs to our icemaker. The real problem lies with Sears. All they have is AI for communications and it SUCKS! I had two separate appointments canceled. One was for problems with the repairman. The second was a no show with zero notification. Their window is 8 am - 5 pm so you can't do anything buy chores around the home while waiting. Trying to get ahold of a real person to speak to is impossible. Once again while trying to get a new appointment to put in the new parts, which I'd had for over 3 weeks, AI has no clue what my situation is and despite asking to be connected to an actual person, the email links and 1 - 800 numbers were just more AI. They even changed a good appointment date to an earlier date that was not workable for me. Once again back to AI with no help. I would avoid this company like the plague until they can get actual people that you can work with.

Dan was absolutely horrible!!! He was rude, disrespectful, started saying things like "the white man don't pay me enough", "your great grandmother had to deal with being told what to do", stating that my husband was being loud with him and that he didnt care about my husband being a veteran....he said he couldnt get into his cue - there was miscommunication between the companies, my daughter relayed what was told to her, he got offended and loud to the point my daughter left her house to come sit with me. Dan went to call the supervisor, ignored me when I asked to talk to him (supervisor), rhen told me he was going to turn around in the cul-de-sac, drove right past my house then yelled out the window have a good day!! I prwviously asked for them to not send him to my home because when he left prior he went across the street to help someone but left the company vehicle blocking my driveway, we had a family emergency and had to go look for him, he then took his time moving the vehicle. Dan is a stain on the company as well as a terrible representation of the company. He made comments about he needed the money (his job) - yet he didnt want to work. When he left my home, he left my stove in the middle of the floor and the parts needed were left out on the counter. DAN WAS AWFUL!!!
