I called for repair in November the tech came out and I accepted the repair at over $600 and when I let my husband know he suggested to just purchase a new washer instead of paying that much for a repair. So, I cancelled and requested and refund. Its now Match and I still have not received my refund for services not rendered. I am furious at this point!!
