Great personality
My technician was absolutely great got the job done in a matter of like 10-15 minutes. As far as Sears protection plan customer service on that was absolutely horrible I've been trying to get my ice makers fixed since August 11th 2024 and today is October 4th 2024 and it's finally done. Technician is absolutely great Love is personality very courteous and professional if I ever have a problem with my refrigerator again I hope he's the one I get.

Al did a great job examining our furnace. He performed his service very efficiently. He only found that the coils were dirty and rusty but that was not in his duties regarding PM. The coils were still operating correctly. The life expectancy is unknown and only a breakdown will lead to their replacement. The cost for replacement is not included in PM. Overall, Al was efficient and friendly. He is welcome here anytime.

Al provided excellent customer service, something that is a lost art these days. He was very professional, communicative and amiable. He got our AC back up and running and kept us informed as to what the problem was and how he would fix it. I would recommend him to anyone and absolutely call him again if necessary.

John was very helpful in diagnosing my GE Profile washing machine problems. I appreciated his kindness and thoroughness in helping me with a possible repair. He took the time to help me understand what was going on with the washer, I will have to purchase a new one soon since it has aged over 18 years now. The parts they no longer make for this model and I will have to take my time to research for a new one. Thank you so much for helping me with this situation.
