My experience with Sears Appliance Service was horrible. I regret purchasing the protection plan for my appliances with you. Very poor customer service. No one to speak with but Samantha and the male AI operators/customer service. That you offer your customers. Mr John Fontana was very nice and did his work very good. I cannot blame him for your lack of care and concern. I will never recomend your services to any of my relatives and friends.
