Neil was here five times each time putting in different parts using meters on the refrigerator to which he deemed the refrigerator needed to be replaced even though it was only 3 1/2 years old. Neil worked extremely hard. I had to work around intermediaries that would call and ask why it wasn't fixed he did his best. I sure hope they appreciate Neil and the kind of worker he is and a very kind and clean I have nothing but kudos for Neil.
