I am Timothy Bradley, the husband of G. Bradley who has been deceased since Nov 2015. Your service man arrived on time. He was polite and very business like. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explain it to me, and quoted the cost of repair plus general service He was neat and clean as he completed the work. He is an excellent repairman. My experience was an excellent experience.

Raymond was really good, BUT I did not like not being able to contact a human being during the appointment set up. The AI is really quite aggravating. I did not like being told 4 hours into my first appointment that it was being cancelled (missing another day of work)! And by the way this appointment had been scheduled over two weeks prior to cancelling. Did not like a 9 HOUR Window for showing up!!!! I really don't know why I'm wasting my time writing this because it will NEVER be posted or read by a human!
