John, our service technician, was prompt for our 8am appointment to check our 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator. He did a thouoough check of our appliance and cleaned the back by taking off the panel to vacuum the coils and he even cleaned the floor under the frig. He answered all of our questions. We were pleased with the service John did and would recommend him to other customers.

Richard not only called to give me advanced notice, but he also used a tracking map that showed me exactly where he was and when he was going to arrive. Richard was very polite and knowledgeable about my newer AC and fixed the problem right away. I learned how to clean a clogged AC drain and received excellent customer service all in one.
