Friendly and knowledgeable
Diagnosed and fixed my dryer in no time at all, and svc'd my washer as well! I had another appt and told the scheduling agent when I was not available and he assured me I would be contacted to deconflict but never happened so I had to cancel my other appt.Technician was good but Sears could do a better job of scheduling.

The service Al provides is the best he can. Our front AC is set on 79 and it's 81 in that living area. Yesterday it got to 83 for most of the evening. Our back unit, where he installed a part, is working great. It is 79 in our bedroom area. I realize it's hot out but it's hot in here too. We appreciate Al doing everything he can think of to make it cooler.
