I'm not sure if he did something more than the last technician, but at least he blew out the line with nitrogen and gave me advice about adding a secondary evaporator water tray and float switch. So basically a temporary fix was done and what I need to do is not covered by warranty.

I believe he gave a thorough check of my air conditioner. He found that the air conditioner was not installed according to the installation measurements from the outside wall.
