Service tech Eric arrived on time, completed work quickly and efficiently, welcome in my home to perform service anytime. On the other hand, customer service from the 800# is a disaster. Took 3 phone calls to get all 5 appliances scheduled for periodic maintenance on the same day.

Very polite. Keep his work space clean even after he was told he didn't have to but he insisted. Hopefully he liked the home made Reese's cups
