Eric is knowledgeable and very competent. He’s been out before for different issues and always got me up and running again. Sears now charges $100 deductible which I’m not really happy about but at least I know someone will come out and repair what needs it

Our technician was very friendly and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly! Not to mention great service with Sears when I called yesterday to make the appointment and they were able to send somebody out today that’s awesome
