The service technician was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite to my wife. The five star rating is for him. The phone system y’all have in place rates only zero stars, as I was not allowed to talk to a real person, but only an AI. This is the worst system I have ever encountered for dealing with the service company. if that works for the great technician we would take our business elsewhere.
