No room for improvement in Jason's performance. He was excellent. Our only disappointment was in the notification system from Sears regarding the arrival times. Started out with 8 - 5 on Fri. Did not any message regarding a more specific time. Per phonecon I made at 8:00 am, message was he would arrive at 8:33, later got a text he would arrive at 9:05; another text saying 9:38. He called at 9:48 saying he was about 15 - 20 min away. Called back at 10:10 that he was at our gate. He was in our home in minutes and after that everything was perfect.

I am very satisfied I scheduled my appointment and they have send me reminders every day the service man wason time . He called 1 hour prior to his arrival. He fixed my dishwasher heat element and checked to make sure it worked before leaving.
