Service guy was great. He showed up late but, he was very apologetic. Lots of text to let me know what was going on. The shame of it is I bought an expensive ac. A Kenmore elite. I was told I had a 10 year warranty. Only to find out I didn't have one. Very shocked. I thought Sears a great company. I guess the old Sears is long gone. Very sad.
