My refrigerator died Monday night so I called on Tuesday but I couldn’t get them here until Thursday. But the rep was great! I got someone else. I had a new refrigerator on Thursday afternoon. This is Florida and I have to refrigerate my food I might call them again if it’s not a rush. Thanks
