The appointments were easy to set up online and via text message. The first technician was thorough and clearly described the possible problems. Before leaving he ordered the necessary parts and set up a second appointment. The second technician arrived early and replaced the part quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Sears for appliance repair.

Antonio sas very good, he explain what was going on. Only thing I would suggest is thet when ordering parts ket thr customer know thst it will be mailed to them. I got a UPS parcel without expecting it
