Finally the tech came to check our washing machine. The tech, Rob, was awesome. He replaced a part and fixed my machine. The bad part is that I called 3 weeks ago to get an appointment. It should not take 3 weeks to get an appointment. It was not Rob's fault. He just works for the company. The customer service is needs to have better response time. Thank you.

Very professional and efficient! Courteous and cleaned up trash! Technician did his job very well! Sears scheduling not so much! Took three weeks to get someone out for an broken AC with the temperatures in the 90’s
