The first technician diagnosed a bad control board, making me pay $370 for a new one, plus the diagnostic call which costed me more $200. It didn't work, and I ended up calling them again to find out that my refrigerator is pretty much dead. The problem was not the control board, but the plug that delivered energy from the control board to the evaporator fan.

Can't contact them to insure they got the pictures requested, so the tech can't bring the right parts. Messed up system as the answering machines will not let me speak to a real person.

Jim was fantastic, but unfortunately he works for this out of order company. This company is like a run away train with their texts and emails. Cancelling appointments when we sit home all day waiting on them. Then texting us asking you what is wrong with the appliance, when all that has already been explained when setting up the appointment and then comes more texts every few days asking us if we like them to come earlier. Hello, if we wanted earlier appointment, we would have asked for it. As if that is not enough, their ridiculous policy of letting us know in the morning for their arrival when they feel like it, so we have to take an entire day off work just to have an appliance repaired. And then they end up cancelling around 4:00 p.m. so now we have to take another day off. What is wrong with this company? Don't you get it that people work? You need to provide a 2-3 hour window, and if you can't figure out how to do it, there are consultants that can show you how it is done. If you say "well that is the way we do it," then we say you are fired. There are other companies in town that repair appliances.

Had an appt. The tech texted and said he was delayed his text said to call or text. I did both. He canceled my appt. he said he called and I did not answer. I called him twice and sent two text to him. Your customer service sucks. This is not the first issue I have had with scheduling.

had an appointment scheduled today (9/30) for a washer repair service with an 8am-12pm time frame. got a notification that the tech wouldn't arrive until after 1:30ish. this was after service being canceled on Friday due to the hurricane (understandable), and a separate service for the dryer cleaning that was supposed to be on Wednesday (9/25) that they just didn't show up for with no notification. update: roomie, who scheduled the service under his name, stayed home from work to wait on tech today. was just notified from him that the after 2pm service, which was delayed from the 8am-12pm window, has now turned into 4pm-4:45pm. I would've already canceled and tried another company if he didn't already take the day off to wait! update 2: after 6pm now, and tech still hasn't come
