Abe gave great service! He was considerate, courteous, effective, and ethical, always looking out for our best interest. He cleared up confusions created by your AI robot (that system needs fixing). I give him the 5 stars, not the bot. Abe called me today directly and informed me that I will be refunded the price I paid for the parts he had ordered for me, $273.33. He also told me the very easy way I can adjust the thermostat on the water heater, which is all that needs to be done. I am thankful that I could communicate directly with Abe, as this helped me expedite the process. Please consider letting customers deal more with real, live people rather than AI robots. Trying to get service by calling or texting the company directly or via texts is extremely frustrating and unproductive. Abe saved the entire experience for me.

The technician was absolutely the best. He treated my home as his. He made sure we was totally satisfied with the repairs. He had to order my parts. Once the parts was delivered he returned within 30min to complete the repair.

If I could give him (Tech) a Ten I would! He was very thorough, focused on the repair and considering what had to be done and how involved it was, he was quick. To say my family and I are pleased is an understatement. For decades I have purchased Sears extended service plans on my major appliances and have never regretted it! Worth every cent and the personnel are knowledgeable professionals! KUDOS!

The repair man was efficient and cordial. Timely and neat. It was a pleasure.

The technician was very experienced and did a fine job. We were very happy with how professional and effective he was. He even solved problems we didn't know we had with our machine.

Stuart provided us with an ideal mobile service technician experience. Called us ahead of time to make sure we were both on the same page for arrival times. Arrived on time. Inspected the mower, which had not been run for over six months, to ascertain what needed to be done to get it back in service. Ordered the required parts. Came back on a second trip to fit the shipped parts and some others from his truck stock and gave us back a fully serviced and operational mower. Really nice guy, expert technician, and a credit to your organization.
