This guy I think his name was Daniel I'm not sure he was real good he was thorough with us he told us what he was doing and how he was doing it to make sure that we knew and we will probably use you again now we thank you for the great service give Daniel an 11 and thank you Daniel for a great job

This gentleman is an amazing repair technician who is technically gifted. He was able to go above and beyond fixing my refrigerator. He assisted my daughter with getting a status on her parts that are needed to fix her refrigerator, and he was able to get her a repair date while performing a repair on my (dad’s) refrigerators at a different location. Once again thank you.
