Abdelrahman A. is probably the best service/repair technician we have ever had from Sears....He checked things related to the problems we were having before doing what would have been the simple, (but not complete) fix of our issue....He explained things and showed me what was causing the problem....I think he was here longer than scheduled, but that was only because he had to take the dryer door apart to find out the real reasons it wasn't closing properly.....He is thorough, friendly, and professional....a great asset to your company!

Marcus was a very nice Tech I had working on repairing my Ventless Dryer. He took his time, patient with my questions and repair time was not a concern. Today after waiting since 12/29 for replacement parts my Dryer is working fine. Although due to my lack of notice, after Marcus had Dryer running, I found two parts that fell on side of my foot stool. Although not installed the parts seem not to be an issue with the dryer running. I did two loads this evening and clothing came out wonderful and soft again. I was hanging my clothing in my Lanai, yes this is Florida, not my porch....LOL
