08-19-24 Microwave maintenance ck up. Abdel was on time, very professional & personable. He was very careful as to not place his tool bag on my countertop or bang into my cabinets. We recently had a custom kitchen remodel. Outstanding customer service!! 8-21-24 Somehow the SEARS automated System will not update my review for today’s services: cleaning / maintenance on my dryer. I was lucky enough to have the same experienced technician “Abdel”!! What a thorough cleaning of my entire dryer , air vent tubing and outside wall vent. He came in with his tool bag & shop vac, removing the front plate & exposed all the accumulated lint that was present. He explained the process , then went to work. Definitely a possible fire hazard.! This is the 1st technician to EVER do an excellent job of cleaning my entire dryer system It’s an oldie, but a goody Kenmore. I look forward to future appts with Abdel! Thanks for making this another great customer experience. As far as the A-I Richard chat bot. What a HORRIBLE experience trying to coordinate multiple cleaning / maintenance on a single day. Multiple cancellations and rescheduling constantly. I have 15 text messages just this morning , trying to coordinate from Monday’s cluster f **k! They were all supposed to be taken care under one appointment day. I even sent screenshots of the schedule services that were confirmed by the chat bot! I really feel sorry for the technicians, Yeah, because they’re the ones that have to deal with irate customers being so irate using this service. I will continue using my Master Protection Agreement 10 CAP. Also, today I had the pleasure of having this very knowledgeable technician “Kasey “ ck out my water heater. He showed me the 2 heating elements & how they function. Tested the hot water temperature- everything is A OK. He’s a very conscientious worker and SEARS is lucky to have him As one of his technicians. I look forward to him. On my AC unit, hopefully in the next few days. It’s a new day 08-22-24- Had the pleasure again with Kasey! This time it was for cleaning/ maintenance of my central AC unit. It’s only 2 yrs old & he found a potential future problem with the main furnace cover. He reinforced the insulation on the back of the cover to avoid it from breaking down & getting into the coils. Inspected the wiring, temp ,coils & drain lines. ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Thanks Kasey‼️ 08-22-24 Well it took a week 1/2 to have all my appliances serviced through my Master Protection Agreement. Abdel completed the final two appliances, the dishwasher & refrigerator. Everything checked out fine. Thanks again Abdel ‼️ See you next year…
