We were lucky to have Ryan come to repair our Bosch washing machine. He was prompt, conscientious, polite, friendly and most of all knowledgeable! The part had to be ordered and Ryan went out of his way to find another one when the ordered part did not appear on time. He must also be a Magician as the part magically appeared from another source at our house just before he arrived, keeping the originally scheduled appointment to finish the repair. He is an amazing person and great employee representative for Sears Service.
