Jaime is truly talented, professional, and worthy of 5 stars. He appears to be the goto technician based on the number of calls he had to take from other technicians during my service repair which extended the time to complete my repair. I would recommend Sears have someone like Jaime in the office and not in the field to improve the efficiency and productivity of a higher skilled field technician.

Service technician was very thorough checked everything out. Home Warranty company would not share any information with him about what was done by the previous technician, although previous tech company had been here 10 times for this repair, they told today’s technician that they only had information of him being here at the house one time. Would definitely NOT recommend CHOICE Home Warranty to anyone that is planning on buying Home Warranty, in my opinion they are the worst. This is the 11th time that a technician has been out to my house to try to fix this dishwasher. RIDICULOUS!!! It should have been replaced after the first two or three tries. They finally decided to send a technician from the company that makes the dishwasher after the other company had been out 10 times to try to repair it. Guess it’s their way of not having to replace a dishwasher after it has been declared UNFIXABLE by the initial tech company. This is the only time that I have been told exactly what they were doing, what part was being replaced what needed to be done. I was very happy with this technician. Hopefully the 11th time will be the charm and the correct technician was sent out to do the job this time. Finally, after approximately three months of unfixable repairs, I’m praying my dishwasher is repaired.
