Very professional, seemed concerned and did the repair. Now we will see if this does it. It took near 4 months to get these seals exchanged on the refrigerator door for a better seal. They have been sitting here for months. After the many appointments for repair as no shows by your techs from the contracted outside companies, we finally got a real Sears Blue Shirt Technician here to get the job finished. Antonio manually got the old seals removed and replaced and he did seem to do his best. He was patient with my questions and worked in a timely manner. Thank You!

Service at my home was great! Chat is great as well. However the ordering and shipping of parts has room for improvement, especially timeliness.

Repair was scheduled online and my "window" for my appointment was between 8am and 5pm. The morning of the appointment i was able to use the app to narrow down an approximate time. Nedzed called to update me when 20 minutes away. He was thorough in fixing my refrigerator and took the time to check the error codes and address all issues. Reson for 4 star was Sears. An 8 hr repair window,, no phone number to get in touch with live person and only a chat bot on line

Albert was very thorough. Unfortunately he left a brush at my house and I don’t know how to reach him. It makes no sense that he was only scheduled to service 3 of my 4 appliances. That is not efficient on your part. He even called to ask and was told the second service appointment could not be switched

I have been dealing with Sears Home Repair for months and cannot recommend. They did a diagnostic for my dryer and ordered parts and a follow-up repair. I paid for the diagnostic, parts, and labor all at the same time. The parts arrived but the technicians could not see that they were delivered in the system so they kept cancelling appointments on me. Eventually I requested a refund (just on the follow-up appointment) because I was tired of waiting on them to sort out their scheduling while I was now sitting on two sets of parts. I have been waiting on a refund for months now, have called service and sent multiple emails to what I was told was their finance team email with ZERO response or follow up. I am not even asking for a refund on the diagnostic or the parts that were delivered, just the services that they never completed. To be clear - I paid up front for service that I then cancelled - and still have not received my money back. Do not recommend.

I do not recommend purchasing an extended warranty repair plan from Sears. I paid $429 and some change for a four year extended warranty repair for my stove. One of the burners stopped working so I reached out to Sears. Making the appointment was very easy. That's when the train went off the tracks. Five weeks in a row, I have had an appointment with them on Thursday. They don't give you a narrow time frame.They set the appointment from between 8am - 5pm so you have to take the entire day off of work. Every time, usually about 1 pm (today was a little bit earlier) I receive a text message from them canceling my appointment and saying "due to unforeseen circumstances they're unable to make the appointment as they do not have a technician available, and would I like to reschedule?" Every single week I have rescheduled. I have tried to reach back out to them and you can't get a live person on the phone if you already have an appointment. The only way you can reach a person on the phone is if you want to schedule a new appointment. If you choose the option to schedule a new appointment, you're just talking to a customer service representative who has no control over any of the situation. When you ask to speak to a manager, (I don't even really think it's a manager) I think it's person in the pod next to them, it doesn't do any good. The so called manager told me she was going to escalate this. Nobody escalated anything. Nobody did anything and nobody showed up AGAIN today. I reported this business to the BBB but that's not going to get my stove repaired or get my money back. I just want you to be smarter than I was. Don't waste your money on this. Just put the money you were going to pay for the protection plan in the bank. That way, you don't waste your pto, and you can pay for the repairs yourself from the money you would have given these crooks. I guess my next step is to start reaching out to news outlets in my area. What a huge waste of time.
