Antonio A. Came out for the second time on this issue. I give Antonio 5 STARS, but Sears only 1STAR. Three other technicians came out prior to Antonio’s second visit for the same issue. Antonio was kind, respectful, professional and competent. However, Sears Home Services was HORRIBLE with their scheduling, notification system, and their availability to resolve issues. We had three appointments that were scheduled and about which we received text messages confirming, but no one called or showed up from 8 am to 5 pm on the days of the appointments. When I called numerous times to three different phone numbers, the automated bot had no record of these appointments, and it took multiple calls to even reach an outsourced, live customer service representative. They were nice and polite, but they were ineffective, helpless and powerless to effect any change, to update anything in the system or escalate the issue to someone who could. The chat bot feature was less than helpful. Why would I want to have Sears do any other repair or renovation work in my home if they are not dependable to show up and maintain appliances we’ve already paid for them to service?

The technician did not fixed my fridge. He actually got my claimed denied for no reason.

There is still moisture around the seal.So why did I pay $797 and nothing was fixed?I am very disappointed and I would give a zero if I could.

I have had the Sears warranty service for years. They have been out six times to fix the washing machine within a few months and Brandon the tech said he could not be fixed and I would have a new washer in a week. That was weeks ago and I cannot get anyone to assist or email me or call me back.
