Jaime did a great job in diagnosing and installing the needed part to repair my freezer which was producing large rocks of ice that formed into glaciers. As of today regular ice cubes have formed and fell into the ice pan with no rocks of ice or glaciers to be seen. I appreciate both technicians, namely Jaime and Ned that came on different days to order and install needed parts to repair my refrigerator and get it properly working. Thank you both.

The tec was great but I was not happy that it took a week to come out😡. I had 2 other appointments and they were canceled late morning 😡😡. You can't talk to a person only AI😡😡😡. Im glad I'm retired would have been really mad if I took off work and you kept rescheduling 😡😡😡😡 Im glad we got the fridge working for when I called it wasn't working and we waited 7 days shame on you 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. Your service is terrible!!!!!!!

Ned was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable in fixing my Samsung refrigerator. He definitely deserves 5 + stars. Ice had formed in the tray of my bottom freezer preventing the tray in the drawer from opening. A solid block of ice had formed around the ice maker and in the ice bucket. The ice had to be melted and it was hard to get steam directed to melt the ice into the freezer tray as there was only a small opening in which to direct the steam. Ned worked diligently and continued to work at it until he was able to melt and remove the ice that surrounded the freezer tray so the drawer could be opened. Thank you sears for sending Ned a professional technician to repair my Samsung refrigerator.
