I am NOT rating Jaime. I am rating Sears Service Call person. I had a water leak from my water softner 8/10/23. I called for emergency service and was told the first available appt was 8/17/23. I had water in my kitchen and that didn't matter to the guy making my appt. I told him this is an emergency, I am in a condo & water may leak down to 4 units below me, he didn't care! I called a plumber. He told me he couldn't touch the softner because it was under contract & it may void it. He said it was coming from the overflow hose & unplugged the softner so it would not regenerate. I bailed the water out of the tank. A couple of days later there was water in my kitchen again. I finally located the bypass valve & shut the water to the softner off . Today Jaime came & he told me it is a plumber problem and he can't repair it. So he did nothing. He said plumber would not void my contract. The one star is rating the Service Call person. Plumber came back and is going to pull softner & replace water tubing. If Jaime would have been sent here last week as I requested this issue would already be solved. Now I have to wait 3 more days for parts. This is the poorest service I have ever had from a company I have a contract with. Your Service Call Reps need to be instructed to send a repairman immediately when a customer has water in their house. Jaime told me if he would have been contacted he would have been here immediately.
