failure
after waiting 2 weeks, after responding to numerous texts and emails to clarify my problem and ensure a smooth service visit, delineating the exact make and model as well as problem with my appliance multiple times, after repeatedly confirming the visit(4 times), I eagerly awaited the technician. He called me this afternoon and said he doesn't service this brand, and to call Thor to arrange warranty service. Sorry. Good bye. I flew down to florida from atlanta for this - I sat in my house the entire morning - a waste of money and time and still a broken "new" ice maker. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE AND OF COURSE the service department "understands how I feel". I appreciate how sincerely upset they were - they clearly didn't care a bit! 6 hours later still no follow-up of any kind.

Gave 5 different reasons why he can't fix the problem too tight. In the attic, need a more slender person to fit. electrical knot. In code, which is not true, need a carpenter For other work.first. As well sounded like he was overwhelmed and too busy and had many other jobs today in cities or counties, far from here.

Washer
Do not recommend Sears. I paid extra for next day service. The repair tech was rude to my tenant and was just trying to sell Me the warranty repair. Was trying to charge a labor/repair cost on a washer less than a year old more than a new washer for a 5 min repair that I then saw on YouTube. Also didn't have any of the parts so in reality wouldn't have been fixed for over a week.

Terrible technician
Jaime was the third technician who came over to fix my fridge ice maker. He started messing with some wire then told me he can't do it. He wrote a report saying that the prior owner has done some modifications to the wiring without any proof and got my claim denied. The prior owner is 77 years old and the fridge is pretty new and none of the first two technicians have reported this issue… Jaime was supposed to come back today. Got a call from him at 9 am saying that he has one client before me. At 2pm I get notification with a receipt of the service signed by me altho the technician never came and never signed anything.

No repair
Terrible experience Did not fix - part suggested was already fixed & under warranty, but warranty not honored - was told since it was a return from a previous repair that it would not have service fee but did. Won't ever use or buy from Sears again

Repair
I would have loved to give Abdelrahman a better rating, but we waited so long to get our repair addressed. Finally the part came in, it was the wrong part so my machine is still not working. We already paid for the visit & labor with no product. I'm not happy with the service. We will get the part refunded but paid for no product. I'm working on getting another company to fix the machine. Not a happy customer, but thank you anyway...

totally dissatisfied
I was told the only thing wrong with my water softener was a clogged drain line . I already had a new one so I replaced the old one and paid for the diagnostic fee and the tech left without returning the bi-pass valve back on, when I did so water continually pours out of the drain line. I have called for a new service appt.

Shaking
The washer is still shaking on the spin cycle. It shook so bad the last time I had to get a plumber to fix a pipe downstairs because of all of you. Fix this.
