Jamie was great - but Sears scheduled a technician that was not authorized to work on the appliance needing repair. Jamie followed up with directions on what to do, but no appliance was repaired today. We had to start all over and call to schedule explaining the problem. The irony is that Sears replaced this item years ago - their choice of brand/model. I would have thought they would make sure the technician could work on the appliance. This is an area they need to tighten the reins on.

We wanted our AC units and the refrigerator to be checked for maintenance. He didn't check the refrigerator and at this point, there doesn't seem to be any plans to do this. We were left hanging about this. The AC check he did do seemed to be satisfactory.

No service provided. I was made aware of your warranty program. No thanks. Very upset that my check was not accepted and then my debit card. Finally charged for the 3rd time on another credit card!!! Service tech was polite but was more like a salesman.

Still waiting for the check for a new washer as they tried 6 times to fix mine and Brandon said l would have the check in a week. This is ridiculous. I need a washer. I have the maintenance and you can't fix it.

Archie was very pleasant but, when he cleaned the coils instead of sucking out the dirt he blew the dirt all over my kitchen. I didn't realize this until he was gone. Also, I did not sign any form indicating the amount of the service call.

What a great experience! I was shocked when the service technician arrived at 8 AM. This was a great start for a great service experience. He diagnosed the problem immediately and called for the part to be delivered. And it was. I was delighted. The technician was professional and gave me great advice on the Sears Warranty Policy. I am committed to Sears for my appliance repairs. Thank you.

The tech assigned to me did not take the time to listen to a very unique issue in which another tech was out at my home three weeks prior. He was rude and impatient.

The leak continues to occur and not fixed. Third visit!

The machine is still leaking water after adjusting that hose to the wall drain. The wall drain is dry. This is the third visit for the same issue. I want this escalated by sears immediately.
