Frig repair
Please upgrade for the text to Contact the customer be phone personal with the text phone number. The email always have wrong arrival time. I had a no show and another day I got an email 15 min before arrival. And the third day arrival early.

Repair was completed satisfactorily. Proper repair part was ordered and shipped to arrive prior to repair. We were kept abreast of estimated arrival time. Technician was capable and quickly completed job.

Efficient, polite and experienced. He showed me how to operate when locked! He didn't have equipment to clean out dryer outlet. Luckily I had done it with leaf blower 😎

James A was very efficient and personable! Very late but I believe this is the fault of your tracking system. My concern was that I had missed him! He also did not clean up after his visit lint was all over the floor and he carried a vacuum????

Antonio was pleasant & professional. Unfortunately, the part that was replaced did not diz the problem. He was expecting that the evaporator fan would be part of replacement & it was n9t so he had to take the fan fron the old unit & put in New unit . 2 hrs after finishing we were getting the same error codes & upon pulling drawers out it is apparent fans is not working. Now we are also experiencing the freezer not being at correct temperature & the ice in the ice maker seems to be melting. Antonio explained that the part that was replaced did have the new fan installed in part for icemaker fan. Awaiting for this to be rectified.
