While he couldn't leave having fixed my chest freezer, he showed up early and listened to the whole story on the situation. He did everything in his power to resolve but it turned out the part needed wasn't what I had been told previously. It was more expensive and recommended and different course of action. Overall he spent a good amount of time checking for the part, but was also quick and efficient. Appreciated him breaking it all down for me!

He was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He spent time trying to figure out the issue. When he did there were no parts available so he reported it to the company. They told him to close out his ticket and they would be in touch with me, He even called after his visit to be sure I knew the update
