Marcus was very professional, informative and pleasant to work with! He got us back up and running in short order, even after having to drive out to get the motor our washer required! In the past, we've had to wait several days for the part, but Marcus went above and beyond that old standard (which we appreciate more than words can express!)! Thank you Marcus! You helped Sears recover from their deficiencies in scheduling and customer service otherwise (no way to get a hold of a person and non-working numbers on their website; poor functionality on the website with pop-ups or menus that do not display fully; phone systems that do not register selected options and throw you into a loop or force you to call back and start over, etc. there's no reason to do business with Sears anymore based on these endless hassles! They sure have the part concerning taking your money down tight, but the rest of it is Mickey Mouse, clown shoes dumb! Marcus overcame all that! Give that man a raise!)
