Ryan arrived on time and provided excellent service. He diagnosed the problem and determined that the A/C unit needed parts which needed to be ordered. He made the appropriate contacts for approval and explained in detail what had transpired and what was needed going forward. The unit was not fixed today but all the appropriate notifications were made to get this process started.

The service was great. Michael has been to our home several times in the past. The customer service line is getting terrible. The appointment setter is not knowledgeable about customer care at all. She refused to let me speak to a supervisor when I was not satisfied wih her responses. I have been a customer for over 25 years and the recent calls for service have been horrible.
