Abdel contacted me to confirm repair appointment. I explained to him that the part had not been received and that this was the fourth appointment since October because the part or a substitute was not available. I told him that I was going to call Sears Home Services to request a replacement for the washer. He was very understanding and apologetic. We got disconnected and he called me back, which was unexpected. He canceled the unnecessary appointment so as not to waste everyone's time, which was very much appreciated. Abdel provided excellent customer service.
