Abdelrahman A. is probably the best service/repair technician we have ever had from Sears....He checked things related to the problems we were having before doing what would have been the simple, (but not complete) fix of our issue....He explained things and showed me what was causing the problem....I think he was here longer than scheduled, but that was only because he had to take the dryer door apart to find out the real reasons it wasn't closing properly.....He is thorough, friendly, and professional....a great asset to your company!
