Ken did a thorough inspection of my washing machine to find what we thought was a leak. Turns out it was the way I was using the machine. There was nothing wrong with the washer. Such a relief; he was honest about the situation. Great personality, respectful of my home. I'll call Sears again when I need appliance service.

The technician was very knowledgeable, however, the warehouse seems to be incompetent. He was given three motors that were incorrect and then I was forced to wait another week rather than being scheduled the next day to make the problem right. This company relies on AI now. The technician never had a person to talk to, and he was unable to adjust the schedule so I could be taken care of. I was able to get through to a person when I called the phone number to cancel, and they tried to get the schedule changed, but were told that they could not get the schedule changed and were not given a reason for it. This is a classic example of customer no service. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm glad Artez came out and did the repair. This is the 4th time we have had a tech come out for the same issue. The challenge is really around Sears scheduling process and lack of customer support. They have postponed the tech on multiple occasions saying the part has not arrived when it was already at my house. When you try to communicate with them, there is no one to talk to and you continue to get stuck in the AI bot loop. I'm likely done buying anything of value from Sears.

Very helpful. He made a special trip to obtain the needed parts in order to get us running the same day. These comments have nothing to do with Curtis F they, pertain to your system : can not get to a live person its all AI generated and that SUCKS! Updates on arrival times of service personnel can be improved. I waited 2 hours beyond arrival window and that is a waste of my time.
