Service tech Danny is a terrific worker! He is professional, pleasant, and helped me understand the A/C problem and his fix. He is a great rep for Sears, and a good reason to stick with Sears. He could be a great team leader, helping new team members how to do fine service work.

Abdelrahman A provided excellent service today. He was the only representative with Sears during this whole experience to do his job and even exceed my expectations. (In which my expectations were not very high given the circumstances leading up to his arrival at my home. Again, he was excellent - everyone else minus Treasure in customer service was basically useless.) IF I use Sears Home Repair ever again Abdelrahman A. would be the only reason why. He deserves a raise and every one else other than who I mentioned above deserves to get fired. I hope you record your communications with customers to review why I said what I said in this survey.
