Mr. Abdelrahman was knowledgeable and understood what needed to be done. Because this is a washer/dryer stack product , he needed to call for a second technician to help remove the dryer from top of the washer. Those who arranged the appointment knew this because I reminded the Home Services representative I talked with on the phone of it, and he said Yes, I see it is on the order. But ...? Luckily, Mr. A was able to find an available helper, so the appointment could continue. The repair of this washer was a big job, and it was done so very well. I have been catching up on my laundry today, and everything has been going smoothly.
