Ned really KNOWS, is experienced. I was impressed when he took calls from other Techs telling them how to do XYZ !! Hope more Techs learn from Ned !! *** HOWEVER *** SEARS texting, Bot Kevin SUCKS !! Ned was out twice. BOTH times I got texts with wrong dates/times. AND there's NO way customer can PH a Service Center & talk w/ a live Human !!!! eg, Thurs 8/15 got text Ned was to arrive Fri 15 8am. 730 Fri got text he's scheduled for Mon 8/19... NO way I could correct them. I said Mon not good, Tues 20th ok.. text confirmed the 20th. THEN get TEXT (NOT a ph mssg) Ted is on his way. replied to text good.This Texting system Sear Home Services uses is HORRIBLE... NOT GOOD Customer Service. Hope Sears updates to allow at Tech's discretion ability for Customer to text/ph DIRECTLY TO the Scheduled Tech info... Eg: some condos, appts have security entries, difficult to find parking. W/be much easier for Customer to communicate DIRECTLY w/ Tech! > > >Hope Transformco, sub of a HedgeFund (OWNS SEARS) focuses on Customer SERVICE.. Will improve repeat customers, may cost bit more now but in 2-5+ yrs pple WILL remember GOOD service and not crappy service.
