Our refrigerator died on 9/26/2024. After 79 days of anxiety from NO refrigerator and unexplained delays by our SEARS Extended Warranty, Kenneth finally shows up to repair the refrigerator. He clearly knew what to do and had confirmed the necessary parts were available. While he had no information regarding the unexcusable delay by Sears to make the needed parts available he was the only five (5) STAR performer associated with our SEARS Extended Warranty Plan. He restored our faith in compassion and human kindness. If you have a SEARS Plan and in need of help we hope you don't have to experience our 79 day nightmare. If you do, we hope there is a KENNETH showing up to give you FAITH in your SEARS Plan.

Getting an appointment resulting in a technician is totally unacceptable. Management needs to make some MAJOR changes in the procedures. The technician was nothing short of outstanding. Knew what was doing and solved the problem. Don't know how much longer I can cope with the appointment procedure. It suck's!

Artez N. arrived at two in the afternoon. He was polite and listened as I explained what the problem was we were having with our washer. He then proceeded to diagnose it using fault codes. He determined that a button or switch was stuck. This was corrected and the washer put through its complete cycles to insure it worked properly, and it did. He then departed leaving the washer and the area clean and tidy.
