This company is utterly horrible. After spending the last 3 days trying to get service scheduled under my warranty plan..I terminated my service warranty. The orders sent to technicians are for full payment .....not under warranty plan.I was told there is a glitch in their system that causes this to happen. 3 tech's (3 appt) same problem. Calls are handled from India and I spent 4-5 hrs being shuffeled from one dept to another with no fix. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Abdelrahman A IS THE ONLY SHINING LIGHT IN THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY HE IS PROFESSIONAL.COMPASSIONETTE ...give that man a raise

Although this is a fantastic employee, I wish I would've had more leeway with my time because it said 1 o'clock and I didn't get a knock at the door until five but I'm not complaining because I have been canceled. This was my 10th appointment getting my dishwasher completed. I'm a little frustrated that yours does not oversee one person to finish a job instead of handing off at least five different people for the same job which I am sure made it go on for 10 appointments for which two I waited and then canceled at the last minute by Sears.. I realize the work environment is a little tricky after Covid getting people to come to work let alone work series used to be the top of the top and now it is a sad story.
