Orett was very knowledgeable on our 25 year old GE refrigerator. He knew what the problem was in which we previously had three technicians out from anther company and they weren't able to figure out what the problem was for why our freezer wasn't keeping things frozen all the time. He knew things about our refrigerator that no previous technician knew. He was very detailed and explained everything he was going to do and explained why.
