Phone bot was terrible. Person who diagnosed the problems did not seem very knowledgeable. However, Richard, the technician who repaired the washer and dryer, was wonderful!

Rating this high because i am happy with Garth the technician ALTHOUGH I am not happy with this being the 3rd time. 1st time no one showed, 2nd time it really wasn't fixed because it happen again. 3rd time was more informative.
